LIANA NEAL

Liana has more than 15 years of experience in creating, organizing and hosting unique events & experiences in South America and Europe, and in doing so, she has united and connected international individuals and companies from all over the world.

She graduated in Fashion Design in Bogota, Colombia, before completing her studies by specialising in Black & White photography at the Alianza Francesa in Quito, Ecuador. Drawing on her natural creative ability and talents, she went on to produce and host several TV shows throughout Latin America, including her own creation, Xpatlifetv.

Liana founded Xpatlife (a Private Members Club), which she built up and ran for 11 years, before becoming Co-Founder of Club Porteno Provoqa (CPP). Living most of her life as an expat in different continents, Liana is now predominantly based in both England and Argentina.

MASSIMO IANNI

Born in Italy and educated in Paris, Massimo Ianni graduate of the Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland) and Kellogg University’s Hospitality Masters Degree. He has been working in the International Hospitality and Tourism industry for the last 35 years Some of his main achievements include:

Creation of Casas Latinas collection, Brand and Culture Guardian & Member of the Board at The Set Hotels, CEO of Alrov Luxury Hotels during rebranding to The Set Hotels and launch of the Mamilla Hotel, and The Conservatorium Hotel; Acting Managing Director for Armani Hotels and Resorts for 4 years; COO for South America and Europe at Faena Group, including the Philippe Starck designed Faena Hotel & Universe; 14 years working for Hyatt International Corporation, starting as General Manager of Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, and ending as Corporate Director of the Hotel F&B for Europe, Africa and Middle East.

After founding his own Consulting Firm Massimo & Partners, he advised very important companies, such as Llao Llao Hotel & Resort, Alvear Palace Hotel, Royal Class Private Jet Company, Destino Argentina, and Glion Hotel School.
